ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – Kuching, Sarawak

Responsibilities: 

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Computer literate and familiar with UBS Accounting software an added advantage.
  • Able to produce a full set of accounts including closing of accounts.
  • Timely and accurate management reporting.
  • Experience in Inter-companies reconciliation and account analysis.

 

SITE ENGINEER

Responsibilities: 

  • To perform new site survey and design for OSP Project which including sketch drawing at site for TP and As Built Drawings in details.
  • Attend Civil Work Kick-off, Civil Work acceptance and site handover and etc.
  • Work out the work schedule after Civil Work Kick-off.
  • Site inspection for the quality of work for C & S, M & E and BTS.
  • Ensure the work is done on time and in good quality.
  • Ensure technical team to clear the defects punch list within the required period.
  • Follow up on the documentation.
  • Report to Project Manager for any site issue might be affected the delivery of the site.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bechelor’s Degree, post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
  • Preferably junior executives specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
  • Good Communication and leadership skills.
  • Possess good knowledge and working experience on OSP SOW and computer skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work at outstation full time.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

ADMIN ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE (Operation Department) - Selangor

Responsibilities:

DOCUMENTATIONS

OSP Project:

  • To compile client site pack for Civil & Cable work.
  • To follow up pending document with Engineer/ Sub con.
  • To Follow up Straight line Drawing, As Built Drawing with Drafter dept.
  • To update daily site pack report.
  • To save a copy of client/internal document which are related to the project inside server and IPTS

REPORTING

  • To inform on the date of start work and completion work after ACN
  • Daily update of site status
  • To ensure site constructed with KPI’s
  • To ensure site engineer submit the site diary everyday
  • Report on daily operation team movement within the region
  • To monitor the performance of the operation team
  • To monitor the performance of the site engineer

ADMINISTRATION

  • To request payment for in house sub contractors for 1st 30% and 2nd 40%
  • To request PO for outsource sub contractors

OTHERS

  • Any other duty assigned by HOD and RH from time to time
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint.

ADMIN EXECUTIVE – Selangor

Responsibilities:

  •  To manage the filling, storage and security of documents.
  • Assist in data entry, filing system & general paper work.
  • To manage the repair and maintenance of company vehicle.
  • To monitor and renew of insurance and road tax for company vehicle.
  • To prepare Purchase Order for Workshops and Suppliers.
  • Assist project team in ad-hoc work as and when required.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

PROJECT EXECUTIVE – Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Assists PM to prepare reports (weekly report/monthly report), project tracking report and other related project documentation.
  • Project scheduling and coordination from project end to end from TSS stage up to invoicing stage as assign by Project Manager.
  • Arrange site activities (TSS) &  site acceptance (CME/TI/FA) such as WP application  in the event when Project Manager is not around.
  • Prepare site pack with assistance from Opt Dept
  • Follow up on issues by internal (sub-contractor , Opt , MM, TNB runner, etc) and clients  which assign by Project Managers
  • Attend internal meeting with PM when necessary or on behalf of PM when PM not around
  • Attend the meeting with client with PM when necessary or on behalf of PM when PM not around
  • Updating project information in SAP & IPTS and create project for SAP project system
  • To perform any other duties as required by the Project Manager and Management from time
